Yeah, that's believable. If you've ever made a B&D 20V do work that's out of its league, it's noticeable - compared to an 18V Bosch, for example. Comes to a 12V thread to bash it.. :shake:

It is an actual 12v motor though. a lot of motors start at their advertised rating and then drop under load. I've rrad that a black and decker at 20v is closer to actual 10v once it starts hitting...
