This thing has horrible reviews online. All the reviews on Amazon were paid reviews or discounted item price to leave review. Looks cheaply made and not effective. I would save your money.

The octenol attractant that came with the Flowtron unfortunately didn't work for us, which is why I had to go with a DIY. I'm not sure what you mean though with "if the UV is enough".
