I paid $19.80. Having read about some possible problems with a third meal I added the fruit.
When I tried adding a third meal it looked like I would be charged an additional $9,80 for it.

Take a print out of your order confirmation, on the site.
I just did, and it shows $19.80 for THREE meals.
