Kitti is seems like your OOP's are all way too high. The key to CVS & rolling is to try to have $2-$3 OOP (or if you are Wiles 83) and roll on to the next ECB deal.
It's a special one Kitti got for her local store for the grand opening. She dumpster dove for extras!
Thrifty is right, roll roll and roll some more. Remember you get a month to use them.

yeah I stockpile and horde them. I gave a bunch away. They were my backups on Halloween if i ran out of rice krispy treats and chocolate. If there is ever a war, I can live on pop tarts
