they won't...i had my box packed insanely tight with bottles/cans and they all survived... as long as their is some bubble wrap around them and the box isn't super loose you will be fine.

okay.. i did box-inside-another-box style packing. i wrapped each pliny in bubble wrap, put 3 tightly snug into a small box. put the other 3 in another small box. filled empty space in small boxes with newspaper. put both those boxes in a larger box and filled the large box with newspaper.
