That is a lot of calories compared to almost any other brand, especially with only 175 mg of caffeine.

Beta of 1.6g is acceptable.

1.5g of creatine? what for? you need 5g a day to even maintain.

IMO 1 scoop would be good for a small (light) woman.

I would not recommend this to anybody else. Take multiple scoops and this turns into a really expensive pre-workout.

I like honey badger (when its 2 for $40 shipped). All natural and only 5 calories, plus its the most delicious pre-workout I've ever had in my entire life.

25 calories is a lot for pre workout. Especially with these garbage ingredients.

It's actually pretty low in caffeine compared to most things on the market nowadays. It's getting hard to find them with less than 250-300mg of caffeine. I saw one last week with 350mg of caffeine along with some other stimulants.

basically a powdered redbull. and adding water makes it a redbull without that much carbonation... but the iongredients are synthesized garbage if you rely on these or use this often enough dont be surprised of a body part or organ starting to fail. I just remember reading all those comments on those SDers that had enough protein to become dairy intolerant
