Beta of 1.6g is acceptable.
1.5g of creatine? what for? you need 5g a day to even maintain.
IMO 1 scoop would be good for a small (light) woman.
I would not recommend this to anybody else. Take multiple scoops and this turns into a really expensive pre-workout.
I like honey badger (when its 2 for $40 shipped). All natural and only 5 calories, plus its the most delicious pre-workout I've ever had in my entire life.

25 calories is a lot for pre workout. Especially with these garbage ingredients.

I agree with you honey badger is the best
Agree!
Way too much caffeine!
Way too much caffeine!
It's actually pretty low in caffeine compared to most things on the market nowadays. It's getting hard to find them with less than 250-300mg of caffeine. I saw one last week with 350mg of caffeine along with some other stimulants.
