Tears, chills, etc.
For me, it's an incredibly well done a cappella version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah".
Perfect example [youtube.com].
I simply can not watch the above video without tearing up with joy.
Whatcha got?

Pink Moon by Nick Drake (before they used it in a car commercial
Hallelujah sung by Cohen
There's another that evokes a lot of emotion but I can never recall the singer or the song name. It will come to me later.
"It's the angels up above me, it's the song that they don't sing" is one of my favorite lyrics ever.
Passenger - Riding to New York [youtube.com]
Based on the true story of a guy he met while touring.
Ron Pope - A Wedding in Connecticut [youtube.com]
Nice mixture of loss and triumph.
Tristan Prettyman - Glass Jar [youtube.com]
Super pretty song that is also a post-divorce gut punch.
Bonus:
Passenger - Words [youtube.com]
Young heartbreak distilled into song form.
It's a Small World After All is a close contender.
He Stopped Loving Her Today by George Jones (The Possum)

Another incredible version of the song is Alan Jackson singing it live at the funeral of George Jones. Especially when he gets to the end and takes his cowboy hat off and holds it over his heart as he sings the last line.
