PRIZE:
There will be one (1) prize ("Prize") awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of the following trip ("Trip").
Trip includes: Round-trip coach class air transportation, from a major airport near the Winner's residence, for Winner and up to three (3) guests ("Guests", each a "Guest")(each Guest must be designated in writing by Winner) to Orlando, Florida. All travel must begin/end with the same major airport. Winner is responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin. Airline selected is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and Guests must provide all documents required for air travel. Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by Winner to change flights or dates of travel. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignments, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of Winner.
Five (5) day/four (4) night hotel accommodations at an Orlando area hotel (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) ("Hotel"). Based on availability at time of booking (room and tax only).
Eight (8) single day/single park admission tickets to Winner's choice of the following attractions: Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando or SeaWorld Orlando ("Park Passes").
One (1) full size rental vehicle, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) for five (5) days; driver must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license and major credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including insurance, gas, child seats, GPS, etc).
Entire Trip must be completed by April 30, 2018. All reservations are based on availability, and must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel date. Sponsors reserve the right substitute any of the prize elements with other comparable elements if necessary. Blackout periods do apply. Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of Prize is four thousand four hundred dollars ($4,400). Actual Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel and point of departure. Any difference between stated ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any Prize with an ARV of six hundred dollars ($600) or more, Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the year in which Prize was won.
Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a four thousand four hundred dollar ($4,400) travel certificate ("Travel Certificate").
This certificate is redeemable by Winner via a designated travel agency identified by Prize Provider and acting on their behalf to fulfill the Prize in the maximum monetary value as outlined above. Any expenditures exceeding the value of the Travel Certificate will be at the Winner's expense.
All travel for Trip must be completed by April 30, 2018, or Trip and other Prize elements, including but not limited to the Hotel and Park Passes, will be forfeited and no further or alternative compensation will be provided.
