They shipped half my order and canceled the other half then sent a message asking if I ever received the 2nd half that I actually paid for. I told them no, they are resending it. Looks like I got about half of the free items I clicked.

I'd keep an eye on it. My pending charge went into limbo for 2 days after getting the invalid coupon email. Showed up this morning as charged (Amex), and my Staples account never showed the items as cancelled. Received all but 2 of the free gift tonight along with the Kcups I ordered with them. Other two should be delivered tomorrow.
