If you are fairly certain you will not continue with Music Unlimited after the trial period is over and do not want to forget to cancel, you can do this:
Go to the Amazon Music Unlimited settings page [amazon.com]
Under the section titled Subscription Renewal, look for the link of "Do not continue after trial"
The next page is a confirmation page, with Amazon requesting you to enter an option of why you'd like to discontinue. If you do not want to choose an option, you can click the link of "No, I don't want to provide feedback. Please cancel my subscription"
On the next page, click on the "Confirm Cancellation" button
I hope this helps,

With Prime Music the selection is good but still limited, thus this paid version which opens the entire catalog.
