The capacity to weight ratio is impressive. What's more impressive is that it has a 1500/3000watt pure sine inverter; a good one of those costs at least $200. This can run literally anything that a wall plug will run. Full size fridge, saw, etc. This is still expensive but is probably the finest large scale portable battery on the market.
Anytime Goal Zero Yeti products are posted, people invariably carp about how they could DIY their own for 1/3 the money with a marine battery and other parts. Well good, let's go camping, you try and wrestle out your 100lb multi-component Frankenstein thing while I easily carry this. What youre paying for a top-notch integrated package here, with portability, ruggedness, and GoalZero's reputation for quality.
