Bait and switch. You say it's a Lyric, which is normally $200, but you link to a Lyric T5, which is a different, much cheaper $100 model.

Meh, better deal on the Ecobee3 via the Best Buy/Ebay deal posted yesterday Ecobee3 $185 - 20% code = $149 plus tax then do the $75 rebate for around $83 all said and done. Still gonna wait and see if I can grab one for under $50 after rebate.

Heck, Amazon is a better deal as well (unless you really want the power strip). They have the Ecobee3 for $183 - $75 rebate.
