I have been looking for this to go on sale recently with all the dewalt deals. If you don't want to get the acme tools deal on this and flip the battery it is pretty comparable. Plus 8% back in ebay bucks is cool too. Full factory warranty.

i paid full price for this around a year ago and i regret nothing. the impact wrench its awesome if you are your own mechanic, since it will save you time which some of us don't have much and need the car running again by monday.


i had a ryobi 1/2 impact before i decided to upgrade. the ryobi struggled to take off the wheel nuts, but the dewalt can easily take those out and the wheel hub nuts

I got this and use it for the first time today. Took off 5 lug nuts and a few suspension bolts. There are grease seaping through the from of the front already. Is this normal?

I haven't noticed any come out of mine but if it is the charcoal colored grease, you might get some come out. That's the moly grease and there doesn't need to be much inside. The hammer really heats it up and will push it out wherever it can go. You'll find it hits harder as the grease thins out and just becomes a coating inside.

This thing is crazy powerful, taking apart fox body mustangs with it. only thing I had trouble on was rusted read control arm bolts

This is crazy deal. But I feel I don't need too much power
So opted out to buy Dewalt DCF889M2 kit for $ 196 instead.
