I was on the edge that night......tired, sick, and had been alone with the kids for 2 days.....she just kept bringing it up....my family is very polite to each other and we don't get in debates over anything, but I was looking for a fight that night and she wouldn't drop the subject so I let her have it.....and then she started yelling right back at me....I was posting on here at the same time laugh out loud.....I nearly kicked her and the kids out the door with my foot

keep your ferm temps cool. as cool as you can. you want it to ferment nice and clean, no esters. if i have my temp controller by this weekend, i'm going to make sure i ferment at 62 degrees.

you're using my recipe, right?
