Beats X is a very solid pair of headphones. I've owned mine for a few months, and use them on a daily basis.

Sound is very decent. It is very important to find a good set of ear tips for these. Half of the sound quality is the headphone and the other half is how good the seal is. If the silicon tips aren't very good, give these foam tips a shot (can be a dramatic difference if seal isn't good):

The fast charging capability is a game changer. You pretty much feel that you never run out of battery. And if you do, plug in for 5 min and you are good to go again.

The only issue I have is with the cable sometimes scratching my cloth making sound. One way I find to mitigate that problem is to roll the cable so that it is 'stick' to my face. That pretty much eliminate the problem.

These are only worth it if you use an iPhone (which I do) as the bluetooth integration is seamless. Usual bluetooth headphones it takes me about 3 - 5 seconds to pair (sometimes I need to go to settings to pair it) and the Beats about almost immediate. The sound is great for $65 but meh for $150.

I love mine. They are lightweight, "fast fuel" charging (2hrs of use from 5min charge), and the W1 chip makes it easy to switch between iOS devices.
