The store I went to in Torrance, CA didn't have the pods on the shelves nor at the front desk. I had to ask an associate whom had to find the item in the back storage. YES you can purchase without buying $30 of items as the item rang up for $4.79 (20% of 5.99).
To get that Batmobile for 20% off and a free limited edition Pod.. SLICKDEAL!!!
