I happened to have one in my saved for later, and was alerted the price dropped. I searched and haven't seen it this low since 2014. Best Buy and Walmart have it for $189.

Product info copied from Amazon:

Watch, Record, Pause, and Stream Free Broadcast [OTA] HDTV Channels: CBS, ABC, NBC, and more. Please note – Tablo OTA DVRs include a 30-day trial of Tablo Guide Data Subscription. After the trial you can choose to use Tablo without a subscription or you can choose to maintain access to all of that big beautiful guide data and advanced features by creating an account and purchasing a monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription service. Subscriptions are tied to your account and not the device, so you can add as many Tablo DVRs as you'd like to your subscription or change your Tablo unit at any time.
Two Tuners allow you to record and watch two different programs on up to (6) devices in your home.
With TabloConnect Subscription you can stream your hometown news and sports when traveling. If the video is clean but stops and starts (stutters) the cause is most likely a poor Wi-Fi signal either from your router to your device (tablet, smartphone, Roku, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV etc.) or from the Tablo to your router if you are using Wi-Fi for the connection. Try moving to a different Wi-Fi channel, upgrade to a router that supports the 5Ghz bandwidth, try an Ethernet connection or move the router closer to the Tablo or to where you are using your device.
NO HDMI with Tablo's Wi-Fi wireless broadcast of content to Tablets, Laptops, FireTV, AppleTV, Roku, Android TV, Chromecast, iPhones, Galaxy Smartphones, NVIDIA Shield, and more.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED (not included): HDTV Antenna, USB Hard Drive (to Record), Wi-Fi Router, Computer / Tablet, Smartphone, and Internet Connection for Free Software Updates.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Oh? I didn't find it when I searched for Tablo. Can you link me to see what I missed?

Note that the Tablo iOS app doesn't support Chromecast.

So this is only the second lowest price ever, so what?

I don't see a thread here about it. He checked Camelx3 (a site we're not supposed to link to here).

I have 2 Amazon price trackers (via Chrome extension). It does show that, in May, for about 8 hours — it was $127. I'd consider this deal just as slick. The price has been gradually dropping for the past few days now.

I find no reference to a hard drive. Be warned, if you buy, you'll need a hard drive or thumb drive for DVR.

I have one and the only real complaint I have is how long it takes to changes channels if you flip to a channel that's not already on one of the tuners. I'd opt for the 4 to tuner if I was buying again, just my $0.02.

I'd agree, the 4-tuner is well with the price difference. especially with a household of four or more.

Just FYSA, "my two cents" is an errant carry-over from "my two bits" (one bit being one-eighth, or 12.5¢) which means "my twenty-five cents".

Out of curiosity, any references to support that etymology? The only link I saw mentioning it with a quick search was from Urban Dictionary, lol.

Snopes is generally pretty good at digging into things like that and here's their rundown of the origin of the phrase ...

http://www.snopes.com/language/ph...ocents.asp

The smaller value of cents also emphasizes the self-deprecating humor of the phrase. I like the last line from the Snopes write up ... "The one who couldn't keep his thoughts to himself, while still inserting himself presumptuously into something that wasn't his business, is at least being humble about it."

The product page shows $144.06 and a coupon for $39.99 off, so the price at checkout for me is $104.07 + tax. I don't want/need one because we're a Tivo household, but seems like a great price if 2 tuners are enough.

So, is it really good deal now? I saw the additional $39.99 coupon too.

I just saw it too. Was going to post. Dropped mine down to $111 with tax.

If I had any faith that the company was going to be around for 10 years I would probably get this with their subscription. However, I think there will be a lot of pressure between Google, Hulu, Direct, Comcast, Sling, etc to keep driving down prices for streaming. Products like this will become more and more niche.
