What year, make, and model of car do you have? I can likely guess.
Experience: I installed these for a living for a year and have done countless on my own.
Secondly, many of them that claim to work with all your OEM features such as steering wheel controls , OEM amplified system, Voice control, etc are flat out lying to you. Nearly all of them just have two steering wheel control wires that work with a resistor ladder, which you have to program/learn. Funny thing, most modern vehicles don't use this for steering wheel controls anymore.
Anyway, point being, spend the extra 100 bucks and get a trusted quality brand name unit like the Pioneer.
Probably about 120 dollars for the dash kit and harnesses if you want full integration.
I expect the sienna will be the same. Most cars these days come with steering wheel controls, so you need some kind of way of interfacing with them.
And the backup camera alongside the associated wiring will need to be purchased as well. The quality and cost of these vary greatly so that would be up to you how much you wanted to spend.

And how difficult is it to install? Or shall we just go to a "car audio" guy and get it installed, in that case how much is the labor cost?

I am actually interested in getting this done on both the cars (especially since those don't have even backup camera so want to use this as backup-screen + GPS/Waze etc)!
Also, is this the best (value/$) or an Android based system? I have no idea so asking!

I actually purchased this unit in Oct 2016 for $466.45 after a $100 rebate promotion from Pioneer. -The rebate went through w/o any issues.
The unit is relatively easy to install, as long as you feel comfortable reading DIY's online and have some experience with crimping/soldering. Really the biggest pain during my installation was: routing the microphone for the hands free Bluetooth, and installing an aftermarket backup camera.
Pro Tip: Buy a "receiver wiring harness" for your specific vehicle, and this thing almost becomes plug and play.

Both Camry and Sienna are base models, but Camry has controls in the steering wheel while Sienna doesn't!
So What's your suggestions? Should i buy everything and go to a shop just for for install (and pay labor, although not sure if they do it this way) or just go there get it fully installed (including the parts) from them?
I am not sure I should do this so just checking which option is better? Some say get the parts also from them so that it's easier for warranty, but then I can't claim the rebate

Many will still warranty parts you take to them, so you might have to weigh the prices vs convenience and guarantee. You could probably make a few phone calls and find out first.
Almost all will at least install the deck itself and guarantee it if you bring it to them unopened.
I grabbed one from Walmart [walmart.com] sold by Sound of Tri-State for $452.98 shipped. No tax since Sound of Tri-State is in DE and PA and I'm not.
Both Walmart & Sound of Tri-State are authorized dealers listed on Pioneer's site.

So is this the the best value for money you suggest?
I surely need to use the Waze for navigation from my phone to this so I guess that's the only special requirement I have. Of course this model supports it but any other model/brand you suggest? I don't need that fancy "motorized" thing BTW, probably will never use the cd/dvd player in it
