Yes, I own the latest model paper white (High Resolution 300dpi with built-in light and WiFi MFR # 53-003582 originally released in 2015) and it is not worth paying anything near $100 new let alone the $140 Amazon wants without their stupid offers on your screen

I have a 2nd gen Paperwhite, works fine for me and feels fast. Page change and lighting is great. I also have the Kobo h20. Stay away from that.

I have a Knidle paperwhite. It's 100% than the older models and the non-backlit unit.
It's turns pages fast, easy to adjust.
For the $ it's worth it.
