You're lucky.

My parents, myself, and a sister all signed up for them. They claim that they mailed the certificates, but none of them arrived and they will not replace/resend them. So we are all out of luck on getting the cards. Mad We wish we could get some. It doesn't seem fair that they can say they were sent, admit that they were never used and have now expired, but that they will not replace them. Sadwalk We sure could use those coupons.

Wave Good morning lovely people of this thread.

Off to take Mom to PT. Then they need me to get things for this loser guy they hired to do the hardwood floors. His mistake has taken over an extra week for him to correct and cost them a lot more money on the refinishing of the hardwood floors in the house. He should be paying for the mistake, not them. He has no/few tools and no transportation so anytime something is needed they call me to go get or rent stuff and bring it back. I can't wait for this dreadful job to be done and for them to get him out of their home for good.

i was able to pick up a couple from riteaid a couple of weeks back. got a raincheck when they were on sale for $40. no money out of pocket after coupons.

fire is still burning, but dont know statistics on it. just woke up. i do know my moms friend and daughter had to evacuate last night. keep up the Prayers for the people who lost their homes and so more homes stay safe!

I've been asking around hoping to find someone I know that will not be getting coupons and would be willing to get them and provide them to us. I may even call my senator(s) about this. If they never arrived, I don't understand why they can not be replaced.

That is very odd that all of your families didn't come. I ordered the week I was able to. So, they came in March and I picked out a couple. I wish I would of waited since the RA deal came out. I have a friend the received the coupons and the procrastination got the best of him. They expired and they won't replace them. So, his brothers are getting the cards to help him out.

A neighbor of mine keeps asking about the coupons. But, he does have satellite and he now understands he doesn't need it. But, he still would like them, since he has to pay $5 for local stations. It would save him $5/mo. by having the box and have something when the power goes. But, I don't think they will send out coupons to him now, since he has satellite. I just check the website for ordering. It doesn't say it's only for non satellite users yet. I know they had so many in the beginning allotted for anyone, then the 2nd phase, for those w/o sat/cable.

Yuk i just got back from downtown and it's smokey, ashy, and i have a headache.

i guess the mall stores can close if they want because people are getting evacuation warnings on the riviera (the houses on the hill of downtown SB).

it wont come here. the mountains on this side of SB have been burned this past summer. we're safe.

i went to Old Navy and saw someone who had been evacuated and she was buying clothers for her family Frown . so many homes have been burned now and many other houses are threatened.

the latest stats:

•5,446 homes evacuated
•More than 500 firefighters
•10 injuries from smoke inhalation
•3 burn injuries
