When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

P.S. - Since it seems I'm in the minority here, I'm gonna put my two cents out there - even though the choices aren't great this election, no way in a million years would I vote for someone so thoroughly beloved and endorsed by Hollywood. Giving inspiring speeches does not a President make. shake head

Some are talking on the deals thread about throwing out JJ that expired. We have found some that expired May and June, b/c silly me just used whatever was in front which meant more recent dates were used first sooooo my point is they are still good. I keep testing a box out of the pkg before dd has them for lunch and all is good. Normally I wouldn't ever have a stash and would never have to worry, but I have about 15 more boxes and just wanted to let you all know to test them before throwing out or I guess just donate them if you don't want to try them yourselves.
Me too Calliebritt wave

Boy, it was a madhouse today... I start work at 7am and the parking lot was already almost full! I'm usually like the third car there... There were so many people! I saw Obama's black bus and press people, but not him at all. Sadwalk I thought for sure he would have been waving from the window or something. Oh well... My boss was able to get in to see him. Exactly.

Quote from skynsam :

And I didn't vote for a man who thought so little of his position and his wife that he cheated on her INSIDE the White House.

I think we all can agree that our children do things we don't approve of, but does that mean we were horrible parents and our family isn't strong? I would have to say a sign of strength in a family is to face something like a teenage pregnancy, and move on even more tightknit than before. Can't say I would have been as forgiving as a mom, and I sure as shooting know there would have been dire consequences for me growing up if I had come home with that news! laugh out loud

And just for grins and giggles Big Grin, traditional marriage IS the foundation for strong families and strong societies. It has been proven throughout history, throughout ancient civilizations. I won't judge a person based on their prefences, but the sanctity of marriage has to be upheld.

So now you all know where I stand! Stick Out Tongue

Totally off the current topic, but for those who have been recently pregnant or currently are pregnant, or can remember back that far, any tips for preventing/alleviating lower back pain? Its seriously interfering with my shopping habits! laugh out loud I asked my OB, and she said, "Well, you're older now (EEK! gee, thanks! I'm only 30!), you have 2 small children you're taking care of and constantly holding, etc., plus you're in the final weeks of your pregnancy! What do you expect?" Um, a miracle? Pretty please?! nod

I'm not getting into the political debate, not enough energy.

The pump is inserted. He's tried to play with it a couple of times but we have child lock in. Biggest drama so far is the pump pouch snipped him a bit and he freaked. No cries at all during insertion. A lot of work to insert but its every other day so better for him than the multiple daily shots. We now have to test his blood sugar every 2 hours for 2 weeks so we can get his insulin ratios adjusted and then we'll be rollin. Well I guess we're rollin now. I'm just going to stay up later at night to get a good number and then dh is going to wake up earlier for work, etc etc. We've got a plan nod

I'm traveling for work next couple of days, will have to keep calling DH to make sure he remembers what to do. I made a nice handy chart for the kitchen as well.

For those who send me q's, I officially stopped transferring RXs today. My trip to RA and CVS this weekend was my last straw, sent everything to mail order. If there's a new RX q out I could be tempted for a RX for me/DH but DS stuff is mail order from now on. They just keep screwing it up and my patience is thin. Done, done and done with all B&M pharmacies. Well except to use up the GC I've accumulated.

We opted not to start the sensor until next month, we're going to get used to the pump first and then do that once we are all settled. That's a whole other learning curve, another insertion/needle, etc. and I want the poor kid to get used to this first.

He does look mighty cute with his little pump pouch. I think it was worse for me than for him. And thanks for all the well wishes.

That would be the majority of posters in the T thread laugh out loud at least the Sobe drinking ones!

I don't consider 30 old, but the baby does put a strain on your back, plus tugging on 2 other little ones. Don't want to sound like a mama, but you probably should take it easier from here on out, if you can!
