This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.
All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

8lbs was nothing but it made me think again after seeing a lady in her office that was also diabetic who delivered a 14lb baby b/c she would not test her sugar levels. This was her 2nd child & she didn't care per our Dr.

You read my mind... I've been trying to keep it together while reading the T thread, but it has turned into the Glade thread

There IS a glade thread-- started by our own Trang-- and then there's another glade thread JUST for this T deal that someone else started in the DS forum.
Because God knows there needs to be one more place for peeps to come and ask the same questions again and again and again. . . .
OH MY GOD
We were told layoffs were DONE. We had a company that was merging with us. Well guess what.. NOPE! Tomorrow is the day. My boss called me in today and told me I was losing 8hrs! Thats over $100 a week! One from my dept is being laid off so it could be worse. 6 of us are losing 8hrs
She asked me to work 5 6.5hr days instead of 4-8s... no thank you! One extra day home with my kids for me!

(Turns out not to be the best time to do so -- we aren't even KEEPING the $$$ we put in, let alone growing it)
I did NOT realize what losing over $200 a month would do..........After we just paid off all the CCs, we slowly started compensating for the loss in paycheck $$$ with CC $$$
Now that we have maxed the card out and factor in the $200 plus lost into 401k & now another $200 plus lost to paying back CCs we are down $400 a month from where we were 2/3 months ago living comfortably......this is really hard
I can't risk going in to T without at least $100 -- in case of stoopit/bad/mean cashier but now with Glade & TGIF I might venture in.
