I just found out that my state did this too, but one of my co-workers said the line was 3.5 hours long. I so hope it's not like that tomorrow.

wow!! it was 45min to an hour here, so not "quite" as bad. My precinct (spelling? laugh out loud) is very tiny so I doubt the line will be bad tomorrow. Probably better than the 'early' voting in town.

I have a small precinct as well and am hoping that it won't take that long to vote! There were like 11 or 12 early voting sites around here and there were lines every day. I did not want to mess with that! Nono More sites are open on election day so I'm hoping the lines won't be too bad. Smilie

It took my parents an hour and 5 minutes before voting last week.

We voted 2 weeks ago and only had to wait a few minutes, which was good because I had my 2 year old with me at the time. I can't even imagine what it's going to look like tomorrow. I think it's sad that our society is so used to such a small voter turn out that when people actually turn out to vote in higher numbers that our systems aren't set up to handle the extra influx. That being said, I can't WAIT for this election to be over. I'm so sick of hearing about it already.

dh just came into my office with a huge cup of coffee and a pile of glade coupons. he got them out of all the holders for me. I love that guy, I'll have to break out some durex later for this one.

No time for target until way later if at all, we'll see. I actually need a couple of things I forgot to get yesterday. Like stamps and baby yogurt. Neither at target but near there

I must have missed something. I always thought early voting was for absentee, handicapped, etc. Is it a choice now to vote early? If 60% of the state has already voted, why have an election day?

SB I notice you were still up at 1:00. Hope you were able to get a good nights sleepnod
oh no.... I was TOLD at 18, that I would early vote to avoid issues, so I have always done it in every election. Wink

Election day be a holiday or on weekends honestly.

That's a good question! Smilie I imagine by 60% they meant "of registererd voters" but maybe the person who told me that was just pulling it out of their @ss. Dontknow

I go to bed at 1:00 AM (MST) every night and not before. Ever since I've been pregnant if I try to go to bed any earlier than 1, I can't sleep. I just lie there staring at the ceiling. Confused Being pregnant is a weird and mysterious thing. But thanks for your well wishes. Smilie

Yep. We got to vote right on campus and I'm guessing that our early voting site was worse than most but the papers have been reporting long lines and waits everywhere. I was happy to see that the lines here were mostly young people (student types) and not just the old, professor types-- me and DH were nearly the oldest people in the line.

I was the same way when I was pregnant. One night when I was in bed, there was a mosquito buzzing by my ears every few seconds.

Of course, I had to turn on the lights and search for that blood-sucking insect! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Saw him landed on my DH's arm... EEK!

SMACK !!!!

Woke my poor DH up and he yelled, "Why are you hitting me?" Mad

I have a quick question for the all the moms that did the pampers deal back in July when the GC and the TQ was out ... I bought baby dry pampers for my baby and just started using them now and they have given my DD the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. I know she is not allergic to this brand in particular because she has used them before, but I know its the diapers. I had to use cloth diapers until the rash went away and once it did I used the pampers again and the stupid rash came back. Has this happened to anyone else besides my baby? I called their customer service and they asked me to send the diapers to them. They said they will be reimburse me for this particular package, but now I am afraid to keep using them.. Any advice ? the sad part its that I have like 30 $2mq =( not to mention all the packages I already bought

It may be what is happening to my son. He never has had a diaper rash until now. I always used huggies and pamper cruisers. I opened a box of the baby dry and have been using them on him and rash city. It is weird though b/c the cruisers don't do this. I would think the diaper by the same co would be the same. I only have had problems with the baby dry though. Also, they leak like crazy on him. Can you take them in and exchange for cruisers? (If these don't give your son a rash.)
