On a different note - I really would like to get a kitchen set for my lil girlies - I have been looking at them. Anyone want to weigh in with any thoughts/opinions/personal experiences? I was looking at the Step 2 Lifestyle Party Time Kitchen for $139 at TRU --- they have an additional $10 off a purchase of over $75 which would make it $129 does that sound good? It seems like A LOT!! I have been watching Craig's List to no avail. I was also looking at the Lifestyle Deluxe but that is $229 EEK!

So input would be appreciated!!!! THANKS!!!!
I wish I would have waited and got that one. I got the little tikes one from KM and I really don't like it. I considered getting the other one but DH would kill me. So we're stuck with it.

Anepu--good wishes going your way
Dec12girl-same to you for the baby
Nikayla-keep eating that ice cream
megnsamsgrace-technically it is return fraud. we had lots of posts about it a while ago. they have a right to do what they wanted to do. in our eyes it isn't right but in theirs it is. I had the same thing happen at target once and took back the item since they couldn't give me back the coupon.
ok-will finish catching up quick then off to bed. been a long work day here

PS-anyone looking for that handy manny truck that turns into a tool bench thingie-it was 30% off at one target I stopped at and they had 2 of them. The other targets I've been to don't have it on clearance. Weird.

So say the Air Hockey is $69.99 reg price & I use $10 TQ = $59.99
PA to $39.88 BF sale price --
do I get back $30.11 ($69.99 - $39.88)
or do I only get $20.11 ($59.99 **less $10 Q - $39.88)

I wonder if there is a way to test this in a small way before BF -- or anyone w/ experiecne?
I am not sure abt PA for BF since Ihave never done it, but if you buy an item and use a TQ (which attaches) then the refund price is the value after coupon..So in case of air hockey I think the PA would be $20....

My understanding from reading other people's posts when this issue has come up the Target folks tell them that they can only reduce the price from the price it comes up on the receipt and the new one. So if you used a coupon to reduce the original purchase price they will not refund the difference from the original purchase price, but from the coupon reduced price.

Now ------ if you feel as if you need to get into a debate with someone you could attempt to explain that if you had coupon in hand right then and there they would have sold it to you at reduced price MINUS coupon .... and that is how it *should* be, however sometimes these battles are better left unfought.

What if you purchased it today at today's price - did NOT use a coupon - and then went in for a price adjust AND the "missed" coupon at the same time? Would that work? Dunno -

Thanks for the help guys.. oh well, lesson learned, never shop WM. At least with T I could do a PA.. I wonder if I did bring them the TQs they would have accepted? I would have kept them if they would have. I did even offer to go exchange and buy some cheap(er) Cranium games instead of a full refund and just bought the ones that I wanted at T and got these additional ones. She wouldnt even let me exchange!

I am not sure of the name but we have the big one..It has an arch and all...We got it last Xmas at Sams, it was marked down to below $200..But I think all their kitchen playsets are more or less similar, maybe minus a few accessories here and there....

Quote from BFshopgirl :
Okay Ladies - trying to figure this out:

BF sales on toy coupon items - I'm a pro a pre-buying BF items then geting PA but I'm
wondering if it will work w/ the TQs

Cranium Family Fun BF$15. -$5 -5$ = $5
Cranium Turbo Edition BF$19.88 -$5 -$5 = $9.88
Easy-Bake Oven BF$18.79 (I know it's only $1.20 but still)
LazerTag BF$39.99 -$10 = $29.99
Razor Scooter BF$19.00 -$5 -$5 = $9.00
Table 54" Air Hockey Game BF$39.88 -$10 = $29.88

So say the Air Hockey is $69.99 reg price & I use $10 TQ = $59.99
PA to $39.88 BF sale price --
do I get back $30.11 ($69.99 - $39.88)
or do I only get $20.11 ($59.99 **less $10 Q - $39.88)

I wonder if there is a way to test this in a small way before BF -- or anyone w/ experiecne?
If the TQ attaches to the item, I'm pretty sure they will adjust the price from the lower price when the TQ is applied. The MFQ shouldn't have any bearing on the PA, unless CS decides to make up their own rules. shake head
