When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! Ok all you CVS'ers. I need a Barney breakdown of the battery deal with the tearpad q's. A kind SD'er told me to get the tearpads for the deal this week, and I can't for the life of me, remember what the deal is. It's a CVS q for $5/2 Duracell batteries. I saw the batteries on sale for $5.99, but that's can't be all there is to it. Any help is appreciated! TIA

Seems like last year quite a few people on the board bought the Rose Petal Cottage stuff for their kids. I'm thinking of making that my 3 yr old DD's big gift this year. Any thoughts from those who got it last year? Did the kiddos play with it quite a bit? Is it durable? Thanks!
Saw it on TPC $79.99 & there's a $10TQ -- not too bad if your looking at $200

I couldn't agree more. I personally am GLAD that we have to wait 30 seconds for a coupon to spit out of the blinkie machine, if we have to wait it assures us that the smash/grabbers have to wait as well and are unlikely to completey empty it. It disgusts me that someone actually bothered to find a way to cheat the system and even more that they feel the need to tell others how to do it as well. I hope the person that decided to cheat the system shares their secret to someone that lives right down the street from them, would serve them right. laugh out loud

Barney to the rescue! (sent to me by Texxasmom)
  • The limit is (3) $15 ECB per card, so you will need (6) $5/2 Duracell CVS Qs per card to maximize the deals.
  • $15 ECB WYB $20 Duracell - AA, AAA 8 pk, C, D 4 pk, 9V 2 pk (5.99) Limit 3
$5.99 per pack x 4 = $23.96.
- $5/2 Duracell Q x 2 = ($10)
- $1 MQ x 4 = ($4)
- $3 off $15 CVS Q
OOP = $6.96, get $15.00 ECBs.

Duracell CopperTop, PowerPix, Ultra Digital, etc. Batteries, any 75 or $1 (11-30-08) V 10/26/08
  • I have been trading for these Qs all week. Still need a few more if anyone has some to trade.

Can't remember where I read it, but I thought that coupon was $5/1. I could be wrong though.

On a completely unrelated topic, did anyone notice that www.decodingcoupons is back up and running? I heart that site!

Thanks, I saw that one too but the one that I am looking at comes with all the accessories. I'm still looking around but I think it's cheaper to buy it all together then to buy everything individually.

PMing you with the info about the blinkie......
