Sweet Potato Pie:
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pour into a PIE shell and bake.
If you don't like sweet tater pie, here's something else the ore ida would be good for:
Sweet Potato Casserole:
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Crushed Pineapple
mix the sugar, eggs, potatoes, extract and spices and salt, pour into a baking dish. mix the butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour together. sprinkle over top. Add crushed pineapple around edge of casserole and bake.......

This snowy weather is RUINING my shopping planning.
There are only a few days (or 1 day) that it should snow, like Xmas morning, and the weather-man is not listening to me.
You are all so good with knowing things. I've looked for the last 2 weeks for a TQ for the TGIF oven bakes. I got 2 more MQ today in my TGIF mozarella sticks, but I can't find the TQ to combine with it. It's not in the printables or in the paperclip that I've seen. Am I just blind or did I dream there was a TQ? Thanks.
