AT&T Prepaid iPhone SE 32GB Space Gray $199 includes $45 Airtime
I picked up one today and noticed on the back it said $45 airtime included. These usually don't come with that, just a free SIM card. This is at Best Buy. The ad doesn't show this information but you can look at the back of the box and it should say $45 included. You don't need to open the box to see this.

You cannot unlock this phone.
AT&T responded:
We can't unlock this device because it hasn't been active for at least six months of paid service.
I was able to get it unlocked from ebay:

They send you a SIM like thin chip that you insert into the phone along with your SIM Card. The chip is placed below the SIM card and then restart the phone a couple of times. The phone is unlocked for any GSM carrier. I was able to use the phone on T-Mobile.

Best Buy is where I went, just ask to look at the back of the box where the SIM card pouch is. It will say $45 airtime included or it won't.

People don't even pay $50 for Android phones and complain even for 2GB. Not saying it's bad but gives you an idea what Apple is recycling. At $200 this is a good deal but doesn't make it worth $200.
Is it possible to unlock this through 3rd party? And once unlocked, does it get T-Mo bands?
