AT&T unlock policy says devices must be active for at least six months of paid service before unlocking. It may be possible to fulfill this requirement with a pay per use plan which would cost only $50 to maintain service for 180 days, instead of a monthly plan which would cost more.

Once this phone is UNLOCKED by AT&T AFTER 6 MONTHS OF AT&T SERVICE, this model will be compatible with Verizon or any carrier in the US or overseas. So basically this is a CDMA and GSM model.
This is the NEW iPhone SE, which Apple sells unlocked for $400 on apple.com.
BB sells it for $149 (now $139), but locked to AT&T.
SE = iPhone 6S in a 5/5S body, upgradeable to future iOS versions (at least for a while).
This phone is LOCKED to AT&T.
Will work with a post-paid AT&T SIM right away - as long as Best Buy has notified AT&T of the sale. If not, please send a copy of your receipt, IMEI and your tel# to [email protected] or [email protected]. Otherwise, the phone may appear to be working but in fact it doesn't display the LTE logo on top (i.e. no cellular data), and outgoing calls would be directed to AT&T device restriction department.
The phone can be UNLOCKED by AT&T AFTER 6 months of AT&T prepaid service for sure, hopefully after 6 months of AT&T postpaid too.

Fyi: correct me if I am wrong. It is not going to unlock your phone. Take the chip out, you wont be able to use it with tmobile.
