Looks like a game version of Salem's lot. Pretty cool! Do you know if this game has any offline component? I wanted to pick it up but don't have gamepass or Xbox live.

Gotten better when it was very bad isn't exactly a glowing review. There are a lot of games out there, this one isn't worth your time.

I played it when it first came out. You don't have to play online. I played it completely by myself. It wasn't as terrible as everyone said, just kinda meh.

I actually enjoyed this game. Kind of gave me a "budget BioShock with vampires" feel. I haven't played it in over a year; when I let my gamepass sub lapse.

what improvements have they made to the game? any story additions, or just general improvements?

Game was DOA and is an empty husk. Devs also completely abandoned it a few months after launch. They released some patches so it was playable, but that doesn't mean it should be played

I believe the final patch included the ability to play the entire campaign offline. When it launched, you had to sign in even to play by solo.

I played through this game and I actually had good fun with it. The core mechanics feel really good - shooting is very satisfying and there's a decent amount of variation to the weapons in this game. Had this game started out as just a 4 player co-op game it would've been good.
The worst part about this game was the last boss. It was a complete after thought to get it pushed and put the door.
For 10 bucks, get a couple copies for friends coming over and y'all can LAN a fun co-op jaunt. For that this is pretty good I'd say.
