ELIGIBILITY:$10,000 Monthly Giveaway (2- $5,000 House Gift Cards) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Active Sports Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the design, execution, production, development, and promotion of this Giveaway or are connected to this Giveaway in any way are not eligible to enter. Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws. U.S. law governs this Giveaway.
GIVEAWAY TIMING/DESCRIPTION:The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on the first day of each Month and ends 11:59:59 PM CT on the last day of each month (the "Promotion Period") starting July 1, 2017 and ending January 31, 2018. Two (2) Grand Prize, will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The number of promotion periods will be dependent on customer participation.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter this Giveaway: Automatic & Mail-in Entry. Automatic: Eligible Participants must visit http://www.the-house.com to register for the Giveaway. Thereafter, the participant can come back each week and register a max of 4 times per month (each giveaway). Subsequent entries submitted by the same person/email address in the same week will be void (each week considered Sunday through Saturday).
By Mail: To enter the Giveaway by U. S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address and daytime telephone number on a 3" X 5" card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: Active Sports $10,000 Giveaway, 200 S. Owasso Blvd E, St Paul, MN 55117. Mail-in entries will be included in the monthly drawing in which it is received. Enter up to 4 times per calendar month; however, each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate postmarked-and-stamped outer envelope.
Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage due, late or inaccurate are void. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete illegible, damaged, postage due or misdirected entries. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. The promotional Website's database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. If an Eligible Participant changes his/her telephone number, email address and/or street address after he/she participates in the Giveaway, it is his/her sole responsibility to send this change of address by (postal) mailing notice to be received by the end of the Promotion Period to the Sponsor's address listed below.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the 3rd day of each month, from among all eligible automatic and mail-in entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization. Judges'/Sponsor's decisions are final on matters relating to this giveaway. Potential winners will be notified by electronic mail and/or overnight or U.S. mail and/or telephone on or about the 3rd day of each month. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return any requested documents, properly executed, within 7 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time frame, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of a prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible automatic and mail-in entries received. Limit one prize per person/email address. All claimed prizes will be awarded.
