Nope, it is a universal remote. The hub will control Bluetooth, wifi and IR while this only does IR.

If the harmony hub bundle came with this remote instead of the simple thing it comes with, I'd buy this. But not seperately, no.
650/700 is still the best and ultimate remote that's actually working for everything you point at and with so much more functionality.
