Cancelling your account
To cancel: https://my.tidal.com/us/account/subscription You may have to log into your account first in a different tab first for this link to make it through.
The language on the page sounds like you are shutting down your account immediately, but afterwards it will tell you that you are good for 3 months before they will shut down your account.
Copying your playlists to Tidal
To move playlists from your favorite streaming service, try using the web app Soundiiz [soundiiz.com]. The free version allows you to move playlists between streaming services. I just copied one of my Spotify lists over to Tidal and 502 out 509 songs made it through. You do have to be comfortable giving you account credentials (username/password) for both services to Soundiiz for this to work.There are fancier options in the paid version, but for simple transfers the free version has worked fine for me

I just used my old Android phone to do it for her and then she was able to login to Tidal on her iPhone once the account was created.
