You need basically everything that came with the console minus the crappie earplugs... So the console... Hdmi cable, controller as well as the USB cable that charges the controller. If you are missing something they will sell one of those to you and reduce the value from your final trade, which is a rip off. Finally the trade in process is easy they turn it on and boot up a game to check if all is well. BTW you cant wipe your system after they have tested it... Cause then they hVe to rerun the tests ... So my advice is wipe it at home and initialize it at home . Get it to the home screen, so at that point they just need to insert a game disc to check.

You might be confused.... or maybe I am. The "Pro" part is the GameStop membership type. Doesn't have to be a PS4 "Pro"
