No Purchase Necessary TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the U.S., Canada (except in the province of Quebec), and Australia, who are of the age of majority in his/her state/province/country of residence as of date of entry. Void in Quebec and wherever prohibited by law.

Promotion Period: The Delaware North Companies/GuestPath Guest Experience Sweepstakes ('Sweepstakes") begins at 4:00 p.m. United States Eastern Time ('ET") on August 31, 2017 and ends 4:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2018 ('Promotion Period").

How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.delawarenorthguestsweepstakes.com, and fill in the entry information. Entries must be complete in order to be eligible. Entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2018 to be eligible for the random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address for every 30 calendar days during the Promotion Period. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Normal Internet access, phone charges and usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service providers will apply. All entries must be manually key-stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant. Automated or repetitive electronic submissions of entries (including those entries made using any robotic, automated or macro programs) will be disqualified. Any entrant who uses automated, robotic, or macro programs and attempts to exceed the maximum number of entries permitted, or uses more than one (1) email address per entrant, is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S., Canada (except in the Province of Quebec) and Australia, who are of the age of majority in his/her state/province/country of residence as of the date of entry. Employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, step-siblings, children and step-children) of Delaware North Companies, Incorporated, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all sponsors are not eligible to win. This offer is void in Quebec and wherever prohibited by law and subject to all applicable country's federal, state, local, municipal and provincial laws and regulations.

Prize and Estimated Retail Values ("ERV"): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following Grand Prize that will consist of: Winner's choice of one (1) of the following five (5) destinations:

(1) A 4-day/3-night trip for four (4) to Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA, including round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner's residence, mid-scale Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (based on quad occupancy), four (4) annual passes to Kennedy Space Center and US$750 spending money, for the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a check.

(2) A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite National Park, USA, including round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence, deluxe accommodations at Tenaya Lodge for three (3) nights (based on double occupancy) and US$750 spending money, for the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a check.

(3) A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Jumers Casino & Hotel in Rock Island, Illinois, USA, including round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence to Moline, IL, deluxe accommodations at Jumer's Casino & Hotel for three (3) nights (based on double occupancy), and US$750 spending money, for the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a check.

(4) A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a location in the Grand Prize winner's continent where there is a Delaware North Companies Sporting Venue mutually agreed upon by the winner and Sponsor (http://www.delawarenorth.com/Spor...tners.aspx), including round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence, mid-scale Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to a regular season sporting event of winner's choice (based on availability) and US$750 spending money, for the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a check.

(5) A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to the Australian Outback, including round-trip coach class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's residence, hotel accommodations at winner's choice of a Deluxe Spa Room at the Kings Canyon Resort or The Station Standard Room at El Questro (based on double occupancy and availability), and US$1,700 spending money which must be used toward car rental to access the location of this trip.

The maximum ERV of any trip is US$7,000 depending on the Grand Prize winner's state/province/country of departure. Any travel costs that exceed US$7,000 will be the Winner's responsibility. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded to the winner.

The Grand Prize winner and all traveling companions must be 21 years of age or older to select the Jumers Casino & Hotel trip as his/her Grand Prize choice. Trip must be taken on dates approved by Sponsor; dates of departure/return are subject to change. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary from the ERV based on the Winner's point of departure and airfare fluctuations. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of the destination, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if a Grand Prize option (or portion of such prize) is unavailable. The Grand Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. All travel arrangements/accommodations are at Sponsor's discretion. Travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Airline carrier restrictions apply. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion(s) must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid passport, visa, photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. The Grand Prize travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor which may correspond to event dates if the Grand Prize winner has selected the Grand Prize Option #4 (and if no event dates are applicable, all travel must be completed within one year of notification to the Grand Prize winner). Certain additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If any portion of any of the Grand Prize options is cancelled, postponed or unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided.

All meals, taxes, gratuities, incidental, phone charges, baggage fees and any other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and any other entities involved in the sponsoring, fulfilling or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their respective officers, directors, members or employees (collectively, the 'Released Parties") assume no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected to the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the Grand Prize. Each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities and claims, injuries, causes of action, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, wrongful death, personal injury or intellectual property infringement, arising out of or related, in whole or in part, to participation in Sweepstakes or related activity, or from an entrant's possession, acceptance, receipt or use/misuse of any prize, whether under contract, tort or any other legal theory and further agrees to indemnify the Released Parties against any liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising in connection with the foregoing. Released Parties are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof).

Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a witnessed random drawing on or about September 7, 2018 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, at their offices in Melville, New York USA. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone at the Administrator's sole discretion.

General Rules: All applicable country's federal, state, local, municipal and provincial taxes and other governmental charges, if any, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize, not specified herein, related to the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If the winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving the prize. The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where legal (or for Canadian and Australian residents, a Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and release), within ten (10) days [twenty (20) days for Canadian and Australian residents] of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Travel companion(s) of the Grand Prize winner will be required to execute a liability release prior to departure. If a travel companion of the Grand Prize winner is a minor, then the parent/legal guardian will be required to execute a liability release on behalf of the minor prior to departure. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the Grand Prize winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for and do not assume any liability for, (i) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes or for any miscommunications, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information; (ii) any technical, hardware or software malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, software, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers; (iii) telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes; (iv) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, including any failure of email or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof; and (v) any injury or damage to the entrant's or to another person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in this Sweepstakes or access or download any materials from the Sweepstakes website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen prize notifications. . Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes incapable of running as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical corruption, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or Administrator. In such an event, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to award the Grand Prize from eligible entries received prior to or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor by conducting a random drawing. Notice of such action will be posted on Sponsor's website at www.delawarenorthguestsweepstakes.com.

Entrant Information: Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be maintained and used in accordance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the Privacy Policy of the Sponsor available at https://www.delawarenorth.com/privacy

Winner's List: For the name of the winner, available after September 30, 2018, for a period of at least 60 days, visit www.delawarenorthguestsweepstakes.com and click on the Winner link.
