the Un-carrier is going ALL IN on unlimited by adding Netflix — the world's leading entertainment service — to T-Mobile ONE family plans. Which means anyone with two or more qualifying T-Mobile ONE lines can get Netflix On Us. And T-Mobile ONE with unlimited everything — and now with Netflix included — is still just $40 per line for a family of four. As always, monthly taxes and fees are included.

T-Mobile's latest Un-carrier move has been revealed.

Starting September 12th, T-Mobile One customers can get a free Netflix subscription. To qualify for a free Netflix subscription, you'll need two or more voice lines on a T-Mobile One plan. Customers with a "line-on-us" qualify.

T-Mobile does note that customers on Unlimited 55+ or 2 lines for $100 can get the Netflix On Us promo by switching to the latest T-Mobile One plan.

The Netflix plan that you'll get with your qualifying T-Mobile One plan is the standard $9.99 plan, which includes two streams at once. If you'd like to upgrade to the $11.99 premium Netflix plan that includes Ultra HD and HDR, you can do so and T-Mobile will add the $2 difference to your bill every month.

It's also worth noting that if you've already signed up for Netflix, T-Mobile will cover the cost of your subscription.

If you're on a qualifying T-Mobile One plan with two or more voice lines, you can enroll in Netflix On Us on September 12th. You'll be able to enroll on T-Mobile's website, in a T-Mobile store, or by calling T-Mo customer support.

Current Official Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Netflix On Us?

Through an exclusive new partnership with Netflix, T-Mobile ONE family plans now come with Netflix at no extra charge starting September 12, 2017. The Un-carrier is doubling down on unlimited and giving customers more content than ever to stream.

2. Who can get it?

Customers with T-Mobile ONE with taxes and fees included, who have two or more voice lines at standard rates, get Netflix Standard on us! See in-store materials for specifics in your state. Activation required.

3. How do I get Netflix at no additional cost? How does it work?

It's easy! If you're an existing customer, use the T-Mobile app, visit MyT-Mobile.com, a retail store, or call Customer Care to activate. If you are a new customer, simply visit a T-Mobile store, go to T-Mobile.com or call 1-800-TMobile. We're covering the cost of one Netflix Standard subscription per T-Mobile ONE family account. You will be given a URL to link your T-Mobile account with your Netflix account. T-Mobile pays Netflix directly for you. For existing Netflix customers, it may take 1-2 Netflix billing cycles for your billing to transfer to T-Mobile.

4. What if I don't have a Netflix account?

It's no problem. After you opt in to T-Mobile ONE with Netflix, you will receive an SMS linking to your T-Mobile account. Within your account, you'll learn how to create a new Netflix account that will link to your T-Mobile account. T-Mobile will then pay for your Netflix Standard subscription, up to $9.99/month. If you have Netflix Premium, you will see the difference in the cost included in your T-Mobile bill.

5. What version of Netflix do I get?

T-Mobile ONE with Netflix includes a Netflix Standard subscription up to $9.99/month. Netflix Standard lets you stream TV shows and movies from Netflix on two devices at the same time and in HD when available (T-Mobile ONE Plus required for HD streaming over cellular). This subscription also lets you download titles to two phones or tablets.

6. Need to stream to more devices?

You can sign up for Netflix Premium which will allow you to download to 4 devices simultaneously. We will pay Netflix for your subscription, but you will pay us the difference through your T-Mobile bill.

Offer subject to change. Receive Netflix Standard 2-screen (up to $9.99/mo. value) while you maintain 2+ qual'g T-Mobile ONE lines in good standing. Netflix account & compatible device required. Value may be applied to different Netflix streaming plans. Not redeemable or refundable for cash; cannot be exchanged for Netflix gift subscriptions. Cancel Netflix anytime. Netflix Terms of Use apply: www.netflix.com/termsofuse. 1 offer per T-Mobile account; may take 1-2 bill cycles. Like all plans, features may change or be discontinued at any time; see T-Mobile Terms and Conditions at T-Mobile.com for details.

Most (Ok, maybe just Majority of) people here agree T-mobile is THE BEST!!! We love it
So in order to get free Netflix valued at $9.99/mo I have to pay an extra $20/mo for my plan? Awesome deal! Thanks T-mo!
all depends where u live. if you live in the city and dont own a business where a dropped call may cost you actual $$$s, its a service which is totally worth the price.
you cant find 6 lines for under 200 on any other cell phone service (which is more reliable according to you). i live in an area where tmobile speeds beat at&T by 10mbps or so.
however there are some areas on the freeway in the middle of nowhere where i only get edge (yes, not even 3g)

Still not worth it. This company is crooked. They did not process the buy backs for our phones when we switched over and give us the run around. They quoted me $220 for our plan, our first bill was $100 more and they refuse to fix it. They told me I would get MLB.TV for free, never happened. Customer service is terrible, coverage isn't as good as even AT&T. Video quality is capped... the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT switch to this terrible company.

Unlimited everything.
Now with Netflix on us.
Get unlimited talk, text, and data on America's best unlimited network. Plus, get Netflix included with 2+ lines of T-Mobile ONE. So, go ahead and binge—it's ON US.
On all T-Mobile plans, if congested, top 3% of data users (>32GB/mo.) may notice reduced speeds due to prioritization. Video typically streams at DVD quality (480p). Tethering at max 3G speeds.

How to Get Netflix On Us
Because this is the Un-carrier, getting Netflix On Us couldn't be simpler. Starting Tuesday, September 12th, qualifying T-Mobile ONE customers can activate their Netflix subscription online, in-store or by calling T-Mobile's award winning customer care. And, if you already have a Netflix subscription, T-Mobile will cover the cost of a standard subscription for you — meaning you'll save nearly $120 every year.

To qualify, all you need are two or more paid voice lines on T-Mobile ONE with taxes and fees included. Even customers with free lines from the Un-carrier's wildly popular recent "line-on-us" deals qualify. Customers on Unlimited 55+ or 2 lines for $100 can get Netflix On Us simply by switching to the latest T-Mobile ONE plan.

On top of all this, T-Mobile ONE families who get Netflix On Us will also get T-Mobile's Family Allowances (https://www.t-mobile.com/customer...allowances) at no extra charge. Family Allowances allow parents to manage their kids' phone usage — like setting guidelines for talk time, text messages, download times and which numbers their kids can contact.
