The 27 gallon version often goes on sale for around $6 (between HD, Lowe's, Costco and Walmart).

I have many, the 27gal ones, they are great and stack nicely (even loaded up with heavy cargo). I imagine these smaller ones are likely even more sturdy then my 27gal's.
