Ordered the bug zapper. Hopefully it will be here in time for summer of 2018.
If you have them in your house, fill a small glass with sugar water, crappy wine, etc. Then put a drop of soap on your finger and swish it around. Flies will be attracted to the smell of wine/sugar and try to land on the surface. Sadly for them, the soap breaks the surface tension of the water, and they'll immediately sink.
Did some quick googling and it seems these UV zappers don't work.
Do I need some sort of hub to use the window/door sensor? How does it work?
Need to set up something like this: https://1technophile.blogspot.fr/...teway.html
Requires a 433MHz receiver and a micro-controller.
Once you have the micro-controller, I suppose you can use a more common Home Automation implementation such as MQTT.

Tl;DR - UV zappers don't work, Ultrasonic zappers don't work, only expensive "mosquito-magnet" type devices have shown to work.

Hello Ab,
No, this does not support Zigbee nor zwave.

Thank you for your inquiry.
