1. No Purchase Necessary. Giveaway is sponsored by Bellacor.com, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 251 1st Avenue N, Suite 600 Minneapolis, MN 55401 ("Sponsor's Address"). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this Giveaway. Entrant agrees that he/she may receive e-mails from Bellacor.com. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" from these e-mails by following the instructions contained in the e-mail.

2. How to Enter. Vote and submit an entry form online at www.bellacor.com/gabby-home.htm#Giveaway. Limit one entry per person per day for the duration of the giveaway unless you opt to follow the instructions for bonus entries as specified on the contest page. To be eligible, entries for the giveaway must be received no later than 11:59 PM CT on September 30, 2017. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, late or misdirected entries, all of which will be void.

3. Selection of Winners. Eligible entries for the Giveaway will be entered in a random drawing, to be held on October 2, 2017, from which one (1) winner will be chosen at random from the combined entries of those that entered via Old Seagrove Homes website and Bellacors. The winner will receive a Clay Chandelier by Gabby Home, Bellacor #1977206 found on Bellacor. The decisions of the judges regarding entries and winners shall be final. Winner will be selected randomly and notified via the e-mail provided during the giveaway entry. After notification, and the winner has responded (within the allotted time, as outlined below) a Bellacor Customer Care Team member will follow-up with further instructions. The winner must fulfill the entire prize amount in one transaction. Any value that is leftover is considered void. If the winner goes over the prize value, they will be responsible for the difference in price. Not eligible to win more than one prize.

4. Claiming Prizes. Each potential winner will be notified by email and will be required to respond (confirm) within forty-eight (48) hours of the date and time of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. In the event the winner declines the prize, another winner will be selected. All expenses not specified herein, including all federal, state and local taxes, are solely the winner's responsibility. Winning shipping address MUST be in the continental United States. Outside of the continental US, such as Alaska or Hawaii, the winner will be responsible for shipping charges.

5. Eligibility. Giveaway is open to individuals, 18 or older and who are legal residents of the United States (except Florida & Puerto Rico) at the time of entry. Employees of Bellacor.com, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates, distributors, dealers and agents ("Bellacor.com and its agents") and the immediate family members and members living in same household of each are not eligible.

If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Bellacor.com, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, and select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the termination. Bellacor.com, Inc. and its agents are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
