Yeah, I just heard about the FW shutdown today too via email. While it had kind of stopped being one of my regular stops, I've been a member there since 07/13/2000, so almost their entire existence.

Never heard a good explanation why. Maybe something behind the scenes happened.

I can't imagine it would be hard to run the thing at break even.

I've had some luck at times with thedailydeals.net but some of the mods there can be a little sensitive at times.
