Have you tried going through the clearance page? If you go through it, it should give you a $40 off coupon in the cart.
Does it show $99.99 on the clearance page itself even before you click on the product page link? Or does it show as $59.99 and only changes to $99.99 without the coupon when you add it to the cart? If so, that's strange. I can still buy it at $59.99 now.
