I can't imagine Sears being around for much longer. In my mind, they are similar to Toys'R Us who just filed for bankruptcy. They took too long to adapt to modern times in retail and have been struggling to catch up. Their prices are high, making their sales lackluster. The customer service is horrible (at least in my area) and their physical stores are pretty bad except for appliances/tools.
My wife does too...that's why I got 3.
Yeh, who wants to buy this junk 11 months after Halloween has ended, guests that's why it's on sale

Should be free shipping if you place the orders on in-store computers

No store within 100 miles, closest store out of stock, $4.50 shipping unless I spend another $43. Why bother. Walmart(whom I despise) is within 5 miles, Lowe's and Home Depot are within 10. I think I can get decorations without extra expense and the hassle of dealing with Sears. Thanks for the post but I find it hard to see anything from Sears a SD.

Weird, thx for that. In our city both Kmart and Sears are in the same mall so no problem.

Sears/Kmart is far worse than Toysrus. If not because of interest of huge debt, toysrus is actually making profit.

The first thing for retail store is to get people in. Toysrus is still the place to go if you want to see (even not bo buy) many different choices of toys and baby stuffs, you can still find many things in store rather than waiting for shipment from Target, Walmart and etc. In contrast, Sears/Kmart has nothing special that can attract people to the store.

Our Toysrus nearby has friendly sales people. But in both Kmart and Sears, I can only see those sales people doing the least to pass the day. One time in Sears, there is an angry customer yelling and swearing at the tools register for over 10 minutes because the tools section has no employee and the only employee at the appliances section simply ignore him. Another time, the whole 2nd floor has no register opened, everyone was asked to go to the only open register on the 1st floor. How are you going to keep customer that way?

Probably no box is involved. Picture the Halloween decor at Walmart hanging up n hooks etc. on the aisles, is my bet. nod

Although I'm a bit afraid of spiders, this is something I'm willing to try to make my friends scream. Applause
