The promo graphic showed up for me! No indication of the extra $10 at checkout & did not show up in my email with the instant order confirmation.

I also used my Prime Rewards card for an extra 5% hopefully. Let's hope it works!

Darn! Didn't take a screenshot of the banner. It's basically a banner saying "Get a $10 reload bonus when you reload your card with $100 or more".
