Seems to be a solid 55" 4K TV at $450. Deal seems to last until 10/22/17.

It supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision, though it doesn't get too bright to fully take advantage of either. It should still look pretty good when displaying both of those formats as well as SDR content.

Here is the RTINGS review for the 'normal' version of this TV (the Costco variant comes with a worse remote): http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/...-2017-c807

It is a bit worse: panel isn't as uniform (seems to have more color shift), no local dimming on the backlight, a bit more motion blur (but still not too bad), and it doesn't get a bright. But it does have better speakers and is a bit cheaper than the 607. Honestly, it seems like a solid TV for the price.
The $370 Costco unit was an S Series, the deal posted here is a C Series. Honestly not sure the difference but the C Series has about a $200 difference in MSRP.
The C803 is the Costco/warehouse store version of the C807. They changed the model number to avoid people price matching.

They are essentially the same TV though.

So, this is a repost of one on 8/31. Of course that one has 6 thumbs up and this one has 2 down.

Sorry about that, didn't see that one and Costco's price as of yesterday was $550. Figured it was a 'new' price.

Oh well. Is there a way to merge/remove this post?

Not a big deal... Just thought it was funny that you're had thumbs down while the other has six thumbs up

This isn't even a repost as the price has dropped $100 since then.I would say this is a pretty good deal considering this includes the Costco warranty. I just picked up the P series last night from best buy or I would have bought this today.

1) This thread will get slammed or paid little attention because this set was recently, and for a short while, only $370 at Costco, and $400 at Walmart

2) I really like this tv, especially the Roku remote. I am really surprised how much I like it.

It really shines when watching 4k HDR content in Amazon.

2) I would add HDR to title it's a significant selling point.

3) only shortcoming is lack of local dimming. But, for the price (especially sub-$400), it's a great value, it seems to me.

Man, it was $370? I totally would have gotten it for that price. Man I feel like a terrible slickdealer.

Anyone have this TV. Is rtings review accurate. Even though hdr brightness is awful, contrast is high whcih I don't understadn bad blacks, and the wide color gammut is more accurate then $1000+ TV's so I don't get why picture was rated so bad.

Seems like this should be the same as the tclp just not as bright.

Sometimes rtings just get a bad tv and then they rate the TV horrible.
