There is a place to enter promo code when you click on the right hand top 3 vertical dots.. you can add the promo code there.
You just hit the menu button on your phone (my Galaxy S4 has menu/home/back buttons under the screen) -- if your phone doesn't have a menu button then there should be 3 vertical dots on top right corner of AP to open menu
