With that said, not bad after rebate as long as it applies (I didn't see any red flags). I got a similar one last month with similar specs besides 2TB HDD, 16 GB Ram, and I7-6700K. Definitely solid thanks to the 1070. Works well out of box.
That being said, I'm still running an i7-4770k still and have not had a single game slow down due it yet. For all of the reason to not buy this PC, I would not list the processor very high on that list. The disclaimer being of course that you are either A) an enthusiast who wouldn't buy a dell anyway, or B) feel like you need the latest/greatest and for some reason think you'll get that from a bargain dell PC.
It's not a super good deal, I'll agree. But it's a simple out of the box solution for someone looking to jump into PC gaming, especially with the GTX 1070
