Adding a $10 gift card makes the shipping free. If you're likely to purchase from then again, might as well get the gift card instead of paying $7 for shipping.

To update this thread....I received my Sampler yesterday and was impressed with the selection. This is what I received:

I also put in for another purchase of the Sampler yesterday. Not sure if they track previous purchases of them, but my order shipped (I ordered a couple other things as well). It does say one per customer on the ordering page.
