Fair.com [fair.com] just launched in Los Angeles with a way to shop for cars on your phone and return them whenever you want. They're running a promo for $1,000 off a car's 'start payment' with code
FAIROCT (expires 10/31/17). A lot of the cars have a start payment of $1,000 so the discount makes it zero before taxes, fees, registration. They have a price guarantee on the monthly payment -- at least as low as comparable leases and loans. Heard about it in the news.
See screenshots for sample deals.
Pro's:
- Return the car anytime w/ 5-day notice (no long term commitment)
- Monthly Payment guaranteed to match comparable leases/loans
- $1,000 off start payment is a huge discount
- Monthly payment covers maintenance, warranty, roadside assistance
- Big selection of cars from all major brands
Con's
- The cars are used, but seem to have low miles
- Price doesn't include insurance but you can add it in the app
- iOS only

Try the Honcker app. It is great!
Oh and the "privacy" policy says in essence we'll sell your info immediately, and harass the living shit out of you [honcker.com].
I really thought I'd wised up to it, first accidental self-breach in a decade plus. Gah.

You don't have to put any personal information. Used to ask for SSN but that's not the case anymore.
