This is basically my first post so hopefully this deal stays good for a bit...Phillips colon health/colonhealth probiotic 60 pills - clip $4 off coupon and use Amazon S&S (subscribe and save) to 5 items to get this for $10.42, otherwise it is $12.12

This is the lowest price I have seen on this product and according to ccc it doesn't generally go this low. It sells for more at all of my local stores and last month I paid almost $6 more on Amazon.

well... true... but my GI doctor can stick probes up my colon... probing and cutting thing away, if necessary. asl well as sticking a long endoscope into my mouth, all the way down to the bottom of my stomach... (had both procedures done at the same time)

pretty sure my nutritionist is not allowed to do that? Smilie
umm. because this has nothing to do with fiber?

just had my colonoscopy... fun! (not Frown )

my GI doctor said it's better to drink probiotic drinks or eat yogurts. Smilie (but she said these tablet supplements should be fine for people who don't like the tasty probiotic drinks)

Refrigerated products are the best. Yogurt, etc. Bc it helps preserve the good bacteria.

This probiotic only has 1.5 billion cells of three strains. Compare to this probiotic that has 100 billion of 10 strains. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...UTF8&psc=1

Why does one need this? how can all these pills and supplements be better than the basics?
cut and paste:
The best way to add fiber into your diet is through fiber-rich fruits and vegetables, such as raspberries, pears, apples, bananas, oranges, cooked artichoke, peas, broccoli and corn. Whole grains and legumes are alsogood sources of fiber. Fiber aids colon health by helping to keep you regular and prevent constipation
