Update 11-02-17:

I let my Apple Pencil cancel at Best Buy by not picking it up and immediately after the cancellation email came, I got a charge on my card for $43 and then when I went to the order page it said that some taxes were updated and I scrolled down and saw the iPad price had updated to $649.99... I would recommend picking up and returning the pencil instead of letting auto cancel since it will auto adjust and charge you the extra money..
