Great deal on PSVR and with Sony fully supporting VR in the future (lots of titles announced during the Paris game show a few days ago) VR is here to stay.

Now just an FYI, a new version is on the horizon with a little more streamlined design with less cabling, and HDR passthrough for PS4 Pro owners.
But if that's not a big deal to you, then this is a great price.
Everywhere a few weeks ago it was all over the various sites. One example https://www.engadget.com/2017/10/...block-hdr/

I rarely play my PSVR but the passthru box seems to cause random blackouts on my Pro and I'd kinda like to swap mine out just to fix that issue, which I'm assuming it likely will.
Worth it. Tons of support. Sony is all in with PSVR.

There and extra 5% off potential savings by using the red card. Bringing the grand total to around $210.

Thank you! I had not seen this. I've had a psvr since launch and I also had a couple of issues with the breakout box for a few months but luckily it was fixed after an update. I don't have ps4 pro though.

Does this come with the camera, or do you have to buy that separately?

Are most PSVR titles also on Vive? I found Vive for $400 recently, and almost picked it up, but I'm now considering Playstation VR as well.

If you have the PC already, Vive is by far the best experience of the two (tracking, power, room-scale). PSVR has a little simpler setup and more AAA games backed by Sony. Vive (steam) has tons of indie title- some great, most poo. Vive can also play Oculus games through Revive which have quite a few AAA-ish very polished and fun games. Vive also has Fallout 4 VR and Doom VFR coming soon...

Edit: most of the games are different, but some are on both platforms.
